Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Meat Box, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines how we handle order cancellations, refunds, and returns.

1. Order Cancellations
  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched by calling or by WhatsApp on our customer care at 📞 +91 9747523345.

  • Once the order has been dispatched or is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refunds

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

  • Product delivered is damaged or spoiled.

  • Wrong product or quantity delivered.

  • Payment was made but order could not be fulfilled by us.

Refund Method:​

  • Refunds will be added to your The Meat Box wallet.

  • The wallet balance can be used for your next order.

  • Wallet credits will usually appear within 24 hours of approval.

3. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Any issue must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

4. Non-Refundable Situations
  • Orders cancelled after dispatch

  • Incorrect delivery address provided by customer

  • Delay caused by customer unavailability at the time of delivery
